Can't upload avatar in .jpg format

When I try to upload avatar in .JPG i see : Fatal error: Call to undefined function: imagecreatefromjpeg()
and avatar is not saved.

With avatars in .gif everythink is OK.

I don't know why you are getting the "Fatal error" message with the JPEG image. You say GIF uploads work. If you have a JPEG image that you want to use as an avatar, why not convert it to GIF format first and then upload it. You can do so easily with a free little program called "Irfanview." Been around for years and years. What about other formats like BMP or PNG? Need help converting? Contact me. Happy to assist.
